    In October, the vines go into hibernation

    With the harvest just over, the vines now require care and rest.

    This is the ideal time for adding organic fertilizers and minerals to the soil so as to avoid any deficiencies when the vines start to grow again.

    A genuine long-term strategy has been designed to enable this beautiful Graves terroir to express its full potential:

    - fundamental work carried out in the vineyard, selective removal of unripe fruit, production of high-quality wines that are appreciated for their consistency.

    These carefully thought-out tasks are performed daily by a motivated team under the supervision of Hubert de Boüard.

    - there is a strict selection of the best fruit in the vineyard and in the winemaking cellar.
