Grape varieties : 90 % Sémillon and 10 % Sauvignon
Average age of the vines : 50 years
Harvesting : By hand, with successive sortings
Vinification : After pressing, the musts with a high level of alcohol (17°-20°)
go into oak barrels and fermentation takes place.
Average anual production : 6 000 bottles
