Vinification : After pressing, the musts with a high level of alcohol (17°-20°)
go into oak barrels and fermentation takes place.

Rendement : 10 hectolitres/ha

Densité : 6 200 pieds/ha

Production moyenne annuelle : 6 000 bouteilles

Harmonie des mets

Delicious with strong cheeses and not very sweet desserts.
As an aperitif, with feuilletés and foie-gras.
